Refund & Cancellation Policy

No refunds

We don’t refund charges — including the $1.99 trial fee, a renewal you meant to cancel, and a 3- or 6-month plan cancelled early.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in Settings → Billing, in one tap, with no retention offers and nothing to phone or email. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for (1, 3 or 6 months, or the rest of your trial).

The trial

A 7-day trial costs $1.99 today. Unless you cancel before it ends, it becomes Basic at the price and cadence you chose.

Ending a trial early

Starting your plan before the trial ends charges the plan’s full price that day; the $1.99 isn’t credited.

Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank, the subscription ends.

Nothing here limits the refund and cancellation rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
